Dr. Bartholomew Armah is currently Chief of the Renewal of Planning (Macro-Policy Division) in the Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), where he coordinates African region-wide consultations on the post-2015 development agenda in partnership with the African Union Commission, the African Development Bank and UNDP’s Regional Bureau for Africa. In addition, he provides analytical support to member States in the design, implementation and monitoring of national development frameworks, and coordinates the publication of the Africa MDGs Report. He also monitors and assesses development trends in African LDCs and provides advisory support on national development planning to ECA member states.
