Madina works for the Conflict Research Unit as a project assistant for the Security and Justice Programme. Prior to joining Clingendael, Madina held an internship position at the Dialogue Advisory Group where she worked on mediation projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Northern Iraq. She previously interned in the Center for Transnational Relations, Foreign and Security Policy of the Otto-Suhr Institute for Political Science at the Free University of Berlin. Madina holds a bachelor’s education in International Development Studies from McGill University and a master’s in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam.
