What, if anything, should replace the MDGs as a policy focus or new development paradigm? In early 2008 ten activists and intellectuals formed the Civic Driven Change (CDC) Initiative. Since then they have been speaking, thinking and writing about an alternative narrative to the dominant state- and market-focused models: civic driven change.
