About Börgel, Hannelore
Hannelore Börgel is a development consultant and analyst for the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ) and various NGOs. Since 2000, she has worked mainly in areas affected by crisis and conflict such as Afghanistan, southern Sudan and Chad. Börgel has a doctorate in economics from the Freie Universität Berlin.
