For the past eight years Barbara has been working in developing countries in different capacities – with NGOs, UN and national governments - on policy, strategy and implementation issues surrounding access to care and treatment. She currently works as a research fellow at LSHTM, specifically looking at the impact of user fee removal in Zambia.
