About Schmitz, Tobias
Tobias Schmitz is a PhD student at Radboud University Nijmegen. He worked in South Africa for many years, amongst other things as senior researcher and research manager at the Centre for Policy Studies in Johannesburg. He has a background in development studies and has completed a PhD on institutional responses to water scarcity in South Africa.
