Clara Franco is from Mexico and currently works as a research collaborater at NORRAG. She holds a Master Degree in International Affairs at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. She previously studied International Business, with a focus on the Internationalization of Education and Global Health Governance; both from a Human Rights perspective.
