Fridah is the Founder & Managing Director of Zidicircle, an entrepreneurship and Financing ecosystem supporting Diaspora entrepreneurs and investors to build impactful ventures both abroad and in their countries of origin. As a startup ecosystem builder, she has supported over 162 start-ups and scale-ups through training and fundraising. Some of her initiatives include the Semi-annual Diaspora Entrepreneurship Bootcamp and the Zidi Diaspora Fund that is actively raising and investing in Diaspora entrepreneurs & SMEs. She is one of the winners for the migrant for migrant call by the EMEN project of the European Union and was bestowed the Duisenberg title ‘Woman in Finance’ that was awarded in conjunction with QS Quacquarelli Symonds in the UK that recognizes high potential women that can influence the financial landscape. She is passionate about emerging markets and being part of a transformative agenda for over 1 Billion people through Entrepreneurship and financing.
