Debating nanopeace with Kees Homan and Dave Blank

18 November 2010, 11.00–12.45, at the University of Twente, Enschede – this is the last opportunity to discuss the implications for peace and security of nanotechnology live with retired General Kees Homan and professor Dave Blank, chairman of the NanoNed research programme in nanotechnology in the Nano Rights and Peace project.

The discussion will cover the ethical and legal implications of nano-enabled autonomous military robots, what nanotechnology implies for peace and security, and what is the responsibility of scientists in these matters.
